There’s always paperwork. Some are more important than others.  Here are the forms we use on a regular basis at Faith.  Download and print them as needed, and hand them in to one of the church leaders.  That would be Pastor Terry Basham or one of the deacons: Ron Roush, Steve Parker, Rick Waite, Tom Switalski, or Jose Castro.

Our Church Covenant: We have made a covenant with God and with ourselves, as a body of believers. If you are a member of Faith and have not yet read and committed to this, please download and sign this covenant. Then, give it to one of our church leaders.
