Call to Prayer for Taste & See

Taste & See 2017 is coming May 1st and the Women’s Ministry Council would like to mobilize our church family into fervent prayer support for this outreach ministry.  Weekly prayer requests will be posted and we would ask all to join us in bathing this event in prayer before the throne of God.

Week One, February 5th:  Please pray for our speaker, Laura Loveberry, as she prepares the message that God has for our ladies.  For more about Laura, click here.

Week Two, February 12th:  Please pray for the women who will attend, that God will prepare their hearts for what He has for them.

Week Three, February 19th:  Please pray for boldness for our ladies as they invite their friends, family or co-workers to attend.

Week Four, February 26th:  Please pray that many may attend who need to find the LORD.  Pray for a great harvest.

Week Five, March 5th:  Please pray for sweet harmony as we plan and prepare.

Week Six, March 12th:  Please pray that this event will help us to reach the younger women in our church and community.

Week Seven, March 19th:  Please pray for Cindy Ekkens and the leadership team as the details for Taste & See are finalized.

Week Eight, March 26th:  Please pray for many hands to help as we put it all together.

Week Nine, April 2nd:  Please pray for Patty as she plans and executes the “See” component of our “Taste & See” evening.  It’s going to be epic!

Week Ten, April 9th:  Please pray for Pechies as she plans and executes the “Taste” portion of our “Taste & See” evening.  She always outdoes herself!

Week Eleven, April 16th:  Please pray for people to provide the food items and decorating items that are needed as the final preparation countdown begins.

Week Twelve, April 23rd:  Please pray for the final preparations all this week.  Pray for many hands to help on the work days Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Week Thirteen, April 30th:  Pray that the LORD of the harvest will draw many to Himself through Taste & See 2017!

“Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.”

Psalm 34:8
